Description

Inmotion US LLC is looking for an Accounting Generalist. 

Responsibilities include management of accounts receivable and providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department. The candidate will also process weekly payroll and run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) for business transactions. A successful candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and strong Excel skills. 

Requirements

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Management of Accounts Receivable

· Support manager in keeping company accounting up-to date (AR-AP-GL-CAPEX)

· Process daily invoices and reconciliation

· Support with Monthly Close Process

· Process Credit Card Expense Reports and travel expenses

· Support to Accounts Payables

· Payroll processing and posting 

· Create and maintain spreadsheets

· Performing clerical work and interoffice support 

· Process request for Capex and Capex tracking 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NECESSARY: 

· Intermediate level computer skills required – SAP, MS Office, and other internal systems as needed

· Advanced knowledge using various functions in Excel

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

· Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision

· Detail-oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude

· Excellent judgement and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required 

· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations 

· Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems

· Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

· Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting position

· Prior SAP experience is a plus
