- Add and remove coverage as needed
- Resolve complex customer service issues
- Looking for cross sale opportunities
- Ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Answer coverage questions
- Assist in maintaining account accuracy
- Review policies and coverages with our customers
- Inside sales
- Passion for conversation
- Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Current and Up-To-Date computer skills
- Able to Work in multiple computer apps at once
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred
