Position Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and superintendents in the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Support the project team in the preparation of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Analyze project data and provide regular reports on project status and performance.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the project team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or 2 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
