We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Customer Service Representative , to be part of a great customer experience team in Pembroke Pines, supporting the Aerospace industry. As part of our top-level team, you will be interacting with some of the leading companies in the aviation, medical, and manufacturing industries, while gaining valuable experience in procurement and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer customer and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally via email/phone regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, etc.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, and availability to provide answers to frequently asked customer questions
• Handle procurement-related tasks, including purchasing functions and vendor management.
• Accounts payable & purchasing functions
• Accounts receivable & invoicing functions
• Moderate data entry
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Customer service oriented - email and phone talented with a positive outgoing personality
• Strong skills with various office software, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce and other database or CRM software.
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented

• High School Diploma (required) / Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related position (required)
• Minimum 2 years in a professional office setting (required)
• Previous Procurement experience (preferred) 
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred) 

• $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, average hourly rates vary based on experience and education.
