Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with a solid background in structuring, negotiating, and managing financial transactions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent analytical capabilities, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring of commercial real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to secure financing and optimize capital structures.
• Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment analyses for prospective and existing projects.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research, property inspections, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with development and asset management teams to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Negotiate financing terms and conditions, including loans, joint ventures, and equity partnerships.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and optimizing returns.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to guide strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with a focus on transaction structuring and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial instruments.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel and Argus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
