Knowles M.D. is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Memphis, TN

We are seeking to hire a Medical Administrative Assistant who loves to work with children. We are a pediatric office that specializes in children with ADHD, Autism, and other developmental delays. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative activities, including answering phones, scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, maintaining electronic medal records, all while delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
