Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Entry Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience doing customers entry for at least 2-3 years. Broker license is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Clear shipments & filing entry for importers and work with U.S. Customs and other government agencies.
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and follows FDA regulations (if applicable)
- Working with other members of the team and other depts to ensure shipments are cleared, invoicing and delivery.
- Assist in other work-related responsibilities as required by the company
- Double check work to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years or more experience working with Customs Broker, International Freight forwarder or importer preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and using customs entry software
- Familiarity with industry-specific topics such as sales, FDA regulations, freight, EDI, contract, NVOCC, Logistics, price, customer relationship management, and transportation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
