Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order Entry Clerk with a background in logistics and inventory control to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering orders into our system while also assisting with inventory analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze inventory to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to orders or inventory.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order entry, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in data entry and experience with order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory control
• Understanding of logistics processes
• Familiarity with supply chain operations
• Experience in order entry and fulfillment
