L3 Campus is looking for a few motivated and hard-working individuals to join our Daytona Beach, FL maintenance team and assist with the maintenance and turnover of our properties this summer. We have a few positions available starting in July and some in May/ June.

They will participate in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): apartment repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, furniture assembly, organization & inventory, garbage removal, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, and other duties as needed to facilitate the turnover and move-in of our apartments

The right candidates will:

· Enjoy hard work and being outdoors

· Have the ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

· Have open availability

· Have basic tools (depending on position)

· Have a positive and professional attitude/appearance

· Pass a background check

· Be a team player and have a strong work ethic

Please note these are temporary positions. It's also possible that a permanent position could open in the future, so this is a chance for you to get your foot in the door with a great company!
