Kinetico Water Systems of SWFL, a leading water treatment company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Treatment System Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to clients' homes to install and service water treatment equipment, including water softeners, water filters, and whole-house reverse osmosis systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems in clients' homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine the appropriate solution.
• Perform routine maintenance and filter replacements as needed.
• Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their water treatment systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience during each service visit.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize scheduling and maximize efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and technological advancements through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in water treatment system installation and service is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours based on customer needs.
