KIT HomeBuilders West is Hiring a Service Coordinator Near Caldwell, ID

KIT Custom HomeBuilders has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Coordinator. This is a non-exempt position that works Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. plus any necessary overtime. Wage starts from $19.00 to $21.00/hr., DOE, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonus after 90 days.

For over 70 years, KIT Custom HomeBuilders has been perfecting the art of building quality, affordable, and customizable manufactured homes in Idaho. Over the years, we have helped thousands of families fulfill their dreams of owning a new custom home. As a locally owned and operated company based in Caldwell, Idaho, we have always aimed to provide our customers with personalized service, plentiful options, and a superior level of quality. Doughnuts are provided every Monday for the weekly meeting with free lunch Friday for all employees all summer. KIT offers health, dental, and vision insurance 60 days after the first of the month from start date. The KIT compensation package also includes vacation pay, 401k retirement, and an employee home purchase discount program.

Primary Duties::
The Service Representative is responsible for resolving client issues while maintaining the company’s positive image and reputation. Also completes service and parts orders as well as monthly invoicing and reports. The successful candidate will be results-oriented and committed to providing the best possible service to their customers. Must have a strong background in communication, customer service, organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Requirements::

  • Prefer a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must maintain a professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor with customers and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as excellent time management skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate into action items.
  • Must work well within a team environment.
  • Able to be on the phone interacting with clients for a substantial portion of the workday.
  • Extensive experience with Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Experience in construction coordination & management or related field preferred
