Primarily responsible for set-up, operation, and maintenance of machinery. Responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. Cleans machinery, equipment and work area as scheduled and as needed. Communicates and cooperates with other crew members to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety. Inspects and prepares product per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
