Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule: Shift work is required between the hours 6:45am - 11:15pm (8-hour shifts; 30 min lunch)
Weekends as needed
Salary: $50,000.00 per year

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, qualify, evaluate, and respond to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email.
- Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary.
- Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed Le Bas and client's business.
- Produce a precise and well written contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option.
- Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs.
- Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests.
- Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to accounting.
- Provide customer care and retention.
- Receive, update and handover a daily team focus list throughout your shift.
- Continuously log your verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and team using company software.
- Aviation industry experience is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Customer care / customer service
- General knowledge of geography, and corporate aircraft types and performance.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
