Front of House for KOI Piercing Studio

Introduction: We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as Front of House at KOI Piercing Studio. KOI has been in the state as the first piercing only studio for the last 27 years! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients warmly and assisting them with check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Managing our appointment calendar and ensuring all bookings are accurate.
• Educating clients about piercing procedures, aftercare, and studio policies.
• Assisting clients in selecting jewelry, providing recommendations based on their preferences and anatomy needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room areas
• Processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Collaborating with piercers to ensure seamless client flow and timely appointments.
• Upholding studio policies regarding health and safety standards.
• Handling retail sales of piercing jewelry and aftercare products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Knowledge of body piercing procedures and aftercare following APP Standards are a plus, but not required. (training will be provided).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
