Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Duties:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other financial software
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and technical accounting
- Prior experience in public accounting or SOX compliance is a plus

Pay: $80,308.23 - $98,672.28 per year
