Duties would include:

• Filing, keep project files organized
• Monitor daily e-mails and answering phones
• Manage calendar and appointments
• Follow up on proposals
• Collections-Calls and Statements
• Take and maintain inventories
• Various projects as needed

Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with the internet, G-mail and windows are a must
• QuickBooks or Encompass knowledge is a plus
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Reliable with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to display initiative, motivation, flexibility, and creativity
• Ability to effectively deal with customers and vendors while remaining professional
