• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Writing experience needed
• Greets customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Listens to and understands the customer's concerns and needs
• Communicates effectively with customers, service technicians and parts personnel
• Keeps customers informed of the their vehicle's status
• Explains the vehicle issues and sells the required repairs
• Upsells additional services and products
• Completes and collects required documents and funds for payment for warranty and cash sales
• Works well with Sales and Administrative departments to assist customers and solve problems
• Drug screening, criminal and driving background checks required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
