Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Automotive Sales and Leasing Associate to join our team at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. Are you in customer service and looking to upgrade your career? As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, educating them on vehicle features, and processing customer information. Join our small staff selling both new Volkswagens and used vehicles of many makes. Vehicles include a great SUV line-up, fun to drive and value laden Jetta, sporty hot hatch GTI, and the all electric ID.4 PLUS two new EV's debuting in 2024....the ID.7 and the ID.Buzz electric VW van! We are looking for highly motivated and customer-service focused individuals to help us cultivate relationships with our current customers and attract new ones. Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, base pay plus commission sales position that offers an excellent compensation and benefit package. This position offers a base monthly draw of $3250 with un-capped commission potential. First year in dealership earnings average over $60k and paid training is offered. We also offer excellent benefits including 401(k) with matching, generous PTO policy with 2 weeks earned of PTO earned in your first year and 3 weeks after 3 years, Medical and Dental insurance, Vision plan, Health Savings Account, employer provided Basic Life and ADD, STD and LTD, Legal Assistance plan, Employee Assistance plan, employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service, and discounts on other products and services.
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers via text, phone, email, in-person, and recorded video messages.
• Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Present sales quotes and trade evaluations.
• Overcome objections and find solutions towards the sale.
• Inform about and endorse optional protection packages.
• Vehicle delivery process including vehicle tutorial, and customer enrollment in connected car services etc.
• Participate in professional networking events.
• Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
• Generate referrals and online reviews.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Energetic and self motivated.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or customer service experience.
• Available to work two evenings per week and Saturdays. We are closed Sundays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, well groomed personal appearance.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background and driving record check
