Busy Medical Practice needs a Receptionist and Clinical Float that can multitask. Experience with Athena would be preferred. The position would work our urgent care check-in in mornings, and float back to MA station in afternoons to help handle patient tasks and orders.

Experienced candidate must have thorough knowledge scheduling patients, greeting patients, EMR, Medical Records and excellent customer service.

8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday

Computer knowledge

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software a plus. Currently using Athena.

Responsible for scheduling patient appointments

Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care

Communicate with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests

Collect insurance information and patient personal data

Perform other duties as assigned. We are looking for a team player.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
