The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints quickly and respectfully. We are looking for an individual who could help during the week as well as some weekends through hunting season. Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Levels I through II: None
• Level III: May review, mentor, or oversee the work of other Customer Service Representatives

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
• Forwards questions and complaints to assigned specialists or other appropriate staff as needed
• Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and/or comments

• Fantastic communication skills including active listening
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

• Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs at a time
