Job Title: Supervisor

Overview:
Join our team as a Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our resort. As a Supervisor, you will oversee various aspects of operations, including events management, customer service, and conflict management. You will be able to help prep the stadium weekly before the day of a game. During an event help deliver product throughout the stadium. You must be an active person and able to get around the stadium in a meaningful fashion. Join our team and work with brands like Auntie Anne's, Dippin Dots, and Mrs Fields Cookies!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Deliver product to and from locations during the day of en event
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among guests or staff
- Maintain a high standard of guest services throughout the event

Skills:
- Proven experience in events management and customer service
- Energetic high paced

- Willingness to work hard and passionate about the business

- Being able to think on their feet

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
