Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the counter area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Provide support for vehicle maintenance services
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking sales and inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or sales management preferred
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking sales data and inventory control
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to assist diverse customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and inventory control effectively
