Lake RV is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Rochester, MN
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. We are an apartment complex that is looking for a maintenance person. The ideal candidate will be working with other to take care of the apartments and preform day to day operations.
Duties:
- Help maintain the apartments and the grounds.
- Help turn apartments with the plumbing, electrical, painting, and etc.
- Help with the yard work and snow work.
-Able to help other maintain workers with work orders.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Knowledge on electrical, plumbing, painting is preferred
- Must have a driver's license
- High School Diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Rochester, MN (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Rochester, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
