Alternating On Call Duties.
Miss Daisys is looking for someone to join our team!!! We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience to join our Private Duty Home Health Agency as the Director of Nursing. The candidate selected for this role will oversee all aspects of care and services provided in the home health agency. As a natural leader, the professional serving as Director of Nursing will supervise the nursing staff as well as oversee clinical, quality assurance/performance improvement activities, Regualtions, and financial goals.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants are required to possess 1 year of supervisory experience Experiance in Private duty home care
Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses is required.
Current State Licensure in the state where practicing is required.
Current CPR is required.
Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
A courteous and customer-focus approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
Computer proficiency using MS Office.
Knowledge of AHCA regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
