Essential Duties

• Lead, on an oversight level, cross-functional teams on new product development, ensuring timely delivery from initiation to launch.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to set and manage project timelines; accelerate where possible.
• Within the stage gate framework, drive team deliverables to meet committed schedules, cost goals, and quality standards.
• Tracks project status and leads others to quick resolution of issues to ensure timely delivery of project objectives; escalate issues as warranted.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and seize opportunities.
• Work with Product Managers to ensure resource allocations meet program needs and any gaps are identified and effectively mitigated or escalated.
• Develops key relationships, both internally and externally, while holding others accountable to their commitments.
• Develop reporting tools, scheduling updates, dashboards, and presentations to support executive decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Education / Experience / Travel

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in product development, manufacturing, marketing, and/or engineering, including at least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
