Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate ISO/API certification audits
• Participate in the planning and performing of internal and external audits
• Evaluate and report quality data to management for strategic actions (if applicable)
• Ensure that the Quality Management System requirements are adhered to and maintained.
• Responsible for managing the Quality System, Quality records, document and data control, corrective/preventive action.
• Report to top management on the performance of the Quality Management System
• Ensuring initiation of actions to minimize the likelihood of nonconformities
• Ensuring promotion and awareness of customer requirements throughout Mana Completion Systems
• See that all policies and procedures are followed
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous on the job experience in manufacturing environment or less if indicated by Management
• Must possess understanding of Quality Management System requirements
• Must possess the ability to effectively perform the duties related to the Quality System

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's degree considered a plus.
• Must be able to pass mandatory pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests; and subject to driving history and criminal history background check.
