Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and other financial data
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations during the night shift

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is an asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.07 per hour
