About the Role :

Insurance Specialist / Telemarketer Flexible Hours with base between $15-$20 / hour, flexible schedule 25-40hours a week between 9 : 00a to 5 : 00p Mon-Fri, possible some evenings and weekends on flex hours.

Responsibilities :

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers on their insurance options
• Meet weekly sales goals and daily call activity

Requirements :

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Able to learn computer functions in short term fast-paced office.
• Current Property and Casualty license in Oklahoma and adjacent states
• Current Life and Health license in Oklahoma and adjacent states of Missouri, Arkansas,and Texas
• Team oriented with preferred Bilingual
