missionovo is looking for a skilled Mission Delivery Manager with experience in a variety of programmatic and technical disciplines as needed by our customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Collaborate in a team environment on customer objectives

* Provide creative solutions to technical challenges

* Communicate with the stakeholders to understand their needs

* Oversee the overall quality of your work products

* Lead and mentor teammates who may be able to learn a thing or two from you

* Collaborate with mission partners across the customer organization

* Manage technical deliverables

**Requirements**

* 5 years experience as a Mission Delivery Manager or relevant experience

* Active Top Secret Security Clearance with relevant SCI accesses and polygraph

* Knowledge of customer security rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

* Experience working on multiple customer taskings

* Practical experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Leadership skills that inspire and grow your teammates

* Solid time management and organizational skills

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
