Job Summary:

Mindful Movers, a residential moving company based in Nashville, TN is looking for a motivated and personable Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Equipped with a CAN-DO attitude, the support specialist is the face of the company who has a strong desire to make the most stressful time (moving!) the simplest time there is. Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries and job details
- Demonstrate phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Marketing to related business

Experience:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with data entry and analyzing customer information
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Mondays and Thursday 8am-5pm

Tuesday and Thursday 8am -5pm

2 On Call weekends/month

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
