The Patient Coordinator/Receptionist is the first point of contact for a patient seeking orthodontic care and shares responsibility with other staff for providing a satisfying experience for patients and other customers. The Patient Coordinator/Receptionist facilitates the process of appointing the patient for care, collects patient information for new charts, and is liaison for patient visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental knowledge

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
