The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the supervision of installation and ongoing maintenance of irrigation systems. This includes planting, watering and care of trees, plants and grasses.

Responsibilities:

Manage operation of all types of irrigation systems.

Oversee team of irrigation technicians through project completion.
Ability to program and monitor all types of controllers including weather based smart controllers.
Troubleshoot and repair problems including sprinklers, lines, valves, drip tubing, wire tracing, etc.
Evaluate start-ups
Conducting and recording detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete installation work.

Create Site Audits for repairs and billing.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
Basic horticultural and landscape maintenance knowledge.
Must have basic software and computer skills and ability to learn needed technology
CLCA or NALP certified, MWELO, QWEL highly preferred
Must have Valid CA driver's license, clean driving and criminal record.
Must be clean and presentable. Speak with confidence to customers and other employees. The E-Verify system is used for processing all applicants.

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour based on knowledge and experience
