Oilmatic Systems, LLC is Hiring a Regional Sales Representative Near Austin, TX

Oilmatic Systems supplies bulk cooking oil systems and services to restaurant and frying establishments of all sizes, including fast food chains, "mom-and-pop" eateries, grocery and super markets, sporting facilities and government institutions.

This position requires the employee to be based in and travel to the following areas:

New York City - Metropolitan Area (5 boroughs), Southern NY State, North NJ, Long Island, and Connecticut

Sales Representatives should meet the following responsibilities and requirements when considering application for this position:

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales lead generation
  • Sales process follow up, quoting and contracting
  • Qualified account approval with supervisor
  • Installation plan preparation and approval stages with supervisor
  • Ongoing client support and customer service
  • Maintain high level of communication with supervisors and corporate office
  • Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding service status
  • Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner
  • Review and submit completed paperwork and reporting
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Oilmatic system, services, terms and conditions and products
  • Maintains updated familiarity with local/assigned market (i.e., location of streets, subdivisions, businesses) and provides accurate directions for technicians when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must have flexible work availability and ability to travel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving ability to develop creative solutions
  • Critical thinking ability and capable of quick thinking in selling situations
  • Analytical skills and ability to analyze data to develop a sales plan
  • Planning skills and ability to prioritize activities to achieve sales quotas
  • Salesforce lead, opportunity and account management
  • Microsoft office and business math skills
  • Must have some experience in food industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

  • Outside sales: 5 years (Preferred)

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Spanish (Preferred)
