Do you have a current Real Estate license but are tired of the commission roller coster?? We are offering salaried leasing agent position at one of our new home communities in Desert Hot Springs, CA opening early-mid July 2024

The leasing associate will be responsible for showing prospective renters the available model homes, answering any specific questions about the community, maintaining great records of communication and follow up via phone, text, or email with current or past leads.

The office hours are Thursday thru Monday 10-6:30p. in the Summer and 9-5:30p in the Winter. If you are a person that has to have weekends off then please do not apply.

Requirements:

Have a current CA Real Estate license

English and Spanish speaker

Experience is not necessary but highly desired

A positive attitude

An excellent communicator

A professional demeanor

Use of own personal laptop

Use of own personal cell phone and data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
