Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding personality and a strong willingness to succeed. This role involves reaching out to web development agencies across the USA to explore opportunities for white label development partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with web development agencies nationwide to introduce Nexus Box's white label development services.

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential partnerships.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective partners to keep them engaged and informed about our services.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes. Provide regular reports on call activity and results.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or a related sales role.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong willingness to succeed and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

- Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services is a plus.
