We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in Bellevue, Washington located in an eight-story midrise, 154-unit community.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the up-keep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The Maintenance Supervisor will also assist the rest of the staff as directed, in their efforts to maintain the property in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Completion of work orders.
• Daily upkeep of the grounds and amenities.
• Basic knowledge of equipment functions and appliances.
• Experience in home electric, plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Assist in unit interior renovations.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
• Understand the layout of the property and awareness of equipment locations.
• Communicate with the Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property.
• Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Exceptional safety skills.
• Completion of unit turns and unit interior renovations.
• Renovate units.
• Must be on call on a rotating schedule. Addresses emergency work orders after hours and on weekends, as necessary.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• General maintenance experience is required.
• Cleaning, painting, and appliance repair experience.
• Must be able to lift, carry over 80 lbs, and climb a ladder.
• Experience in turning a unit.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrates ability to resolve conflict calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends. On-call for maintenance emergencies.
• Must be able to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car and car insurance.
