Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Romeoville, IL for a Warehouse Team Lead. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, picking and packing orders, Outbound shipping through multiple systems, dock-to-stock best practices, warehouse cleanliness, VNA forklift/cherrypicker operation, and mechanical/custodial tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general equivalent: minimum of 5 years of warehouse, distribution, and inventory experience
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles & practices
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-function teams
• Fluency in Microsft Office
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and with safety in mind
• Knowledge of pharmacy supplies is a plus
• Able to drive a box truck (non-CDL size) to execute local pick-ups and deliveries
• Valid driver's license
