Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager - Tech Ops Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues effectively. This role involves setting up new campaigns, including defining conversion metrics, budgets, and targeting, to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Tracking Methodology: Demonstrate expert knowledge of affiliate tracking methodologies, including post backs and pixels, to ensure accurate and reliable tracking.

Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to tracking, campaign setup, and performance.

Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough troubleshooting of tracking issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain campaign integrity.

Campaign Setup: Set up new campaigns, including main and subsequent conversion metrics, budgets, targeting, and other relevant parameters to ensure successful launches and performance.

Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their campaigns are optimized for success.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert within the Customer Success team, offering guidance and support on complex issues and best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, account management, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.

Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, tracking issues, and resolutions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an affiliate network or performance marketing company.

Technical Skills: Expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies (post backs and pixels) and strong technical skills in troubleshooting tracking issues.

Problem Solving: Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Campaign Management: Experience in setting up and managing affiliate campaigns, including defining conversion metrics, budgets, and targeting.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support and building long-term client relationships.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
