We're seeking a Traveling Medical Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic team!

• Paid on-job training provided
• Preference for healthcare field experience
• Tech savvy skills required
• High school diploma required
• Travel to all 7 PWC offices (Media, Allentown, Bristol, Kennett Square, King of Prussia, Pottstown, & Lancaster, PA)
• Average of 30 - 35 hours a week
• Travel compensation provided
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills essential
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Full-time employees eligible for medical insurance after probationary period

Job responsibilities include:

• Must be willing to travel to all offices for coverage and delivering items (Media, Allentown, Bristol, Kennett Square, King of Prussia, Pottstown, Lancaster, PA)
• Greeting patients
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Taking and recording vitals (weight blood pressure)
• Inputting clerical data
• Filing
• Engaging with patients
• Med room preparation
• Maintaining office cleanliness
• Processing payments
• Demonstrating understanding of PWC programs
• Explaining PWC offerings

Schedule:

• Monday: Media Office (When not needed for travel, deliveries, or coverage at any of PWC's offices.)
• Tuesday: Lancaster Office, 8:30am-1:00pm
• Wednesday: Media Office (When not needed for travel, deliveries, or coverage at any of PWC's offices.)
• Thursday: Lancaster Office, 2:30pm-8:00pm
• Friday: Media Office(When not needed for travel, deliveries, or coverage at any of PWC's offices.)
• Saturday: Coverage at any of PWC's offices, as needed
• Additional hours available to complete office tasks outside of clinic shift hours

Primary Locations: Media, PA & Lancaster, PA
