Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail.

Strongly Considered: Experience in Dental Insurance Claims Submissions, Verifications, and Calculating Copay Estimates. Experience in customer service and frontdesk/office management. Knowledge of Dentrix dental software strongly considered.

Experience in scheduling out-patient procedures and familiarity with Prior Authorization process is also a plus.
