Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Assist with member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with food handling and preparation, answer phone and delivery orders and prepare orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Must be a team player and willing to help out in various areas as needed
