Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships and order fulfillment as well as assisting with various product inquiries.
Customer Service Job Duties:
• Manage customer relationships jointly with field sales representative(s)
• Monitor/enter customer orders from order entry through fulfillment
• Answer incoming company calls
• Obtain online freight quotes from LTL carriers
• Coordinating shipments with the warehouse staff
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Reliable, self-motivated individual
• Strong interpersonal skills with both written and oral communications
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven history of task follow-up/project completion
• Proficient with Excel and other MS products
• Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience
• Distribution and/or Chemical industry background and/or familiarity with Chempax preferred
