We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager with strong experience in HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day to day operations of a Healthcare focused technology services company with primary responsibility around HR, Contract management functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of both the software and healthcare sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Human Resources:*
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance’s, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs for employees.
*Operations Management:*
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operation of office technology and systems.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets for office supplies, facilities, and other operational expenses.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the IT or healthcare industries.
