Pioneer Property Maintenance is hiring for a Maintenance and Landscaping technician to work onsite at the Cheyenne, WY HF Sinclair Refinery.

Job is Monday, Wednesday, Friday

1:00pm - 9:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Empty ALL trash receptacles and replace liners. (offices, restroom, kitchen, eating areas and printer/shredder areas)
• Clean Kitchen and Eating Areas: (clean/wipe/disinfect table, counters and chairs; empty trash and replace liners; stock all dispensers including eating utensils.
• Sweep/vacuum and mop all floors
• Clean Restroom and Showers: refill dispensers-towels, soap, paper towels, air fresheners
• Clean/wipe/disinfect dispensers, mirrors, counters, toilets, urinals, partitions, doors, walls (as needed)
• Showers; clean walls, floor shelves and check/replace shower curtains as needed
• Flush out floor drains
• Sweep and Mop all hard surface floors: hallways, eating areas, restrooms, conference rooms/training rooms and (offices as needed)
• Vacuum area rugs, floor runners: try to remove any spots if able
• Chairs and Cushions: clean/vacuum
• High Dust: frames, doors, cabinets etc.
• Special Request Form/SSR

*Snow Removal Experience is a plus! Our Casper crew is responsible for maintaining the snow and any help from the Janitorial crew is rewarded well!*

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
