We are looking for a driven Restoration Project Manager who will provide reliable and quality service to customers whose homes are affected by fire, water, and mold. Job Duties
- Respond to/land new leads
- Document job progress and data
- Assist in training technicians
- Efficiently place drying equipment (dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers)
- Use specialized infrared tech to determine/monitor moisture levels
- Communicate with dispatcher and office staff to ensure quality of service
- Treat all customers with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to secure project approvals
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry is REQUIRED
- IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, FSRT, HST, MRT, CCT
- Ability to assess damage and develop appropriate restoration plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both interpersonal and written)
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work long days depending on volume of emergency calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
