Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bellperson to join our team at a busy hotel.. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities
- Offer assistance with guest inquiries and provide directions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Drive guest shuttle to pick up and drop off guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on hospitality
Able to lift 50lbs occasionally.
