We are looking for a therapist to join our team and provide psychotherapy in our practice. We are perfect for the counselor who wants to eventually transition into their own private or is looking for a source of supplemental income. We offer a one year contract that includes paid training. We offer optional training on how to start your own private practice and how to file to become a PLLC. We offer paid training, insurance onboarding, and a bonus structure. We cover expenses for specialized certifications and some continuing education courses.
You have the freedom to set your own schedule. You have the option to meet your clients in person, over telehealth, or on a nature trail (with a signed waiver for ecotherapy). We only require that our therapists see a minimum of 10 clients per week.
We take care of the billing, insurance credentialing, telehealth platform, and marketing for our clinicians so that they can focus on being present with their clients.
We aim to employ the best clinicians and support them in their professional journey with the hope that they’ll opt to work with us for life or go on to start their own private practice.
