The Culinary Director is a working chef and must possess a desire to succeed, basic computer skills, creativity, imagination and the willingness to participate and excel in our unique management team concept. You will be supervising staff including Sous Chefs and Culinary Associates. You will have support and training – you just need to bring to the table an up-beat and positive attitude!

Candidates must have CDM certification or culinary degree from approved institute.
