Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities: - Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software as needed - Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues - Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices - Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's IT systems - Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets Experience: - Proficiency in desktop support tasks including troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades. We are looking for candidates with 1 year of experience. This shift is from 4 pm - 12:00 am.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
