As the US Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of RateMyAgent’s growth in the US market. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager in Melbourne, you’ll be a crucial member of a small but mighty marketing team. Working remotely you will lead the marketing on the ground in the US, driving acquisition and growth.

You'll balance strategy and execution, ideally bringing experience from a start-up or scale-up environment and familiarity with the real estate industry.

Your role will involve everything from developing co-marketing partnerships with brokerages to executing Account Based Marketing and developing scalable communications. You’ll plan product Go-To-Market campaigns, manage events, and create content strategies—all with a focus on driving revenue growth and reducing churn.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop quarterly marketing plans with key stakeholders
  • Execute plans and measure performance to demonstrate impact on company objectives like revenue growth and churn
  • Build out and execute scalable partner engagement strategies and manage partner relationships
  • Lead the execution of creative multi-channel campaigns to drive organic user acquisition and upgrades
  • Develop content strategy and plan a communications calendar leveraging your knowledge of the local US real estate industry
  • Work closely with product teams to support the development of go-to-market strategies for US product releases
  • Own the event marketing plan and collaborate with Sales on event execution with measurable ROI
  • Work with external agencies where necessary to ensure they deliver to expectations
Requirements
  • 5 years marketing experience
  • Thrive independently and remotely (the product, development & marketing team operates on Australian time zones)
  • Experience working in a high growth business environment
  • Understanding of the US real estate market, competitive trends and customer insights
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level, with a strong drive to get things done
  • Experience working in a real estate brokerage or for a technology business in the real estate sector is a significant advantage
  • HubSpot experience is a big plus
